Alfa Remittance Account designed in a way to allow customer to receive remittance from their family members/relatives/Friends living abroad in their Alfa remittance account while sitting with in the comfort of their home. Their registered mobile number is their 11-digit account number.

You can Open Alfa Remittance Account by downloading Alfa App or visit any BAFL Branches nationwide by providing a biometric verification. All you need to have is valid CNIC

You can register from any of the Bank Alfalah Branches/Agents nationwide by providing a bio-metric verification. All you need to have is a valid and original NADRA CNIC and a PTA registered mobile number.

You can activate your card and set your ATM PIN by calling at BAFL Call Centre, 021 111 225 229 or Download Alfa from the App/Play Store. Register your wallet through the ‘Existing wallet’ option. Set your ATM PIN through the app.

You can change your Card Pin by calling BAFL Call Centre at 021 111 225 229 and through BAFL branchless banking app Alfa.

Withdrawal transaction limit per day is PKR 50,000, per month is PKR 500,000.

The maximum balance that you can keep in your Alfa Remittance Account Wallet is PKR 1,500,000.

There is no inward  transaction limit, however it is subject to maximum balance limit.

Yes, statement of account is available for your Alfa Remittance Account Wallet. Customer will have to call the contact center to request for the statement.

The validity period of your card is 3 years from the date of issuance.
