All individuals nominated by EOBI who are registered with them as beneficiary of pension funds.

You can register from any of the Bank Alfalah Branches nationwide by providing a bio-metric verification in the branch premises. All you need to have is a valid and original NADRA CNIC and your EOBI Passbook.

You can activate your card and set your ATM Pin by calling at BAFL Call Centre, 021 111 225 229.

You can change your Card Pin at BAFL ATMs or by calling at BAFL Call Centre, 021 111 225 229.

No, there will be no interest income on balance in your EOBI PENSION WALLET Account.

No, Zakat will not be deducted from the EOBI PENSION WALLET Account balance.

Yes, statement of account is available for your EOBI PENSION WALLET.

The validity period of your card is 5 years from the date of issuance.

No, you have to provide the “Proof of Life” every six months at any Telenor BVS Outlet or BAFL Branch.

The wallet account will be marked ‘Suspended’ and you will not be able to perform any transaction through EOBI PENSION WALLET/CARD if you fail to provide the “Proof of Life” within six months of the last verification at BAFL branches. Further, if you fail to provide the “Proof of Life” within the next 3 months of Suspension, funds in the wallet account will be de-credited (returned to EOBI).

You or your survivors will have to contact EOBI for the resolution.
