Terms and Conditions:

• This Offer is valid in selected areas only, the full list is available in the “Participating Sites” section on our webpage.
• Shell Pakistan Limited (“Shell”) reserves the right to discontinue this Offer or to change its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
• By taking this Offer, all customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• This offer applies to a minimum payment of Rs. 500 on services offered by Shell.
• The payment has to be done via the bank’s QR code. Other mode of payments, like credit cards, debit cards or cash are not applicable to this offer.
• Shell will pick 15 winners who will get Free Fuel for a year (*capped at Rs 11,500 a month per user – to be redeemed only on Shell Super at any station with a Shell Card Machine). This monthly amount will not be carried over from one month to the next.
• Before handing over cards to winners, each winner will sign a Legal Declaration.
• Users will use cards from 1st November 2020 – 31st October 2021.
• Shell reserves the right to amend, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions of this Offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice or liability to anyone. All decisions shall be made solely by Shell in respect of all matters related to or arising out of this Offer or in the event of any difference or dispute, which decision shall be final, conclusive and binding on all parties concerned.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion/Offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
• Shell will bear no responsibility or liability for any matters except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.
