No benefit will be payable under this Scheme if the Death or Disability results directly, wholly or partly as a result of or related to:
- Suicide
- Preexisting conditions
- HIV Virus
- Physical defect, illness, disorder
- Disease or bodily or mental infirmity
- Accident resulting from flood, earthquake or any atmospheric disturbance & Terrorism
- Failure to seek or follow medical advice
- Intentional self-inflicted injury
- Hernia, ptomaine, infections except any wound sustained accidentally
- War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or war like operations
- Engaging in combat duties, military exercises, terrorism act, murder, any unlawful act
- Active services within any military, naval, air, police or correctional services
- Hazardous/professional sports activities domestically or income earning basis
- Use of nuclear, biological, chemical or explosive weapons or any radioactive contamination
- Willful exposure to danger
- Medical or surgical treatment
- Heat stroke, sun stroke, poison or gas fumes. Under influence of drugs or alcohol
- Duties of provision of security/protection services to organization/individual;
- Shelling, sniping, murder, assault and acts of similar nature.
- Exceeding 60 years of age
- Enmity or personal, family or tribal feud or animosity of any kind.
- Pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth or any non-malignant disease occurring in or in connection with the female reproductive organs.
- Flying other than as passenger in a certified commercial aircraft.
- Deliberate self-exposure to unnecessary danger except in the attempt to save human life.
- Disappearance except in the event of total loss by shipwreck of the ship or air crash of the aircraft
