Yes, you can use all Bank Alfalah ATMs, local 1-Link and all other banks up to 17,000 ATMs on the PayPak network for cash withdrawals.*

Bank Alfalah PayPak Islamic Debit Card has the following unique features:

1) Widest access across Pakistan.

2) PIN-based transactions on all POS terminals.

3) PIN-based ATM transactions.

Your wallet account will be instantly debited to the extent of purchases made or the amount withdrawn from ATMs.

It is important that you immediately report the loss of your Debit Card by calling Alfalah Contact Centre at 111 225 229. It is also advisable to report the loss in writing to the Bank.

Once you report the loss of your Alfalah PayPak Islamic Debit Card to the Bank, your Card will be hot listed. You are then protected from losses due to misuse. Please ensure that you never keep your Bank Alfalah PayPak Islamic Debit Card and PIN together.

There will be a nominal charge for replacement of the Card as per Schedule of Bank Charges.

The maximum amount of payments that you can make on a daily basis depends on the available balance in your wallet account and is subject to maximum limit.

It is advisable to retain and verify your charge slip against the account statement.

You can inform us of your new mailing address by either sending a written request to Bank Alfalah PayPak Customer Service or by calling the Bank Alfalah Contact Centre at 111 225 229.

If you notice any error or discrepancy in your account statement, immediately report the matter to our customer service. In order to verify statement entries, retain all your sales slips and printed receipts to keep a track of your transactions.

Alfalah Cards captured in Alfalah ATM for any reason except ‘HOT’ Card can be collected by the customer within 2 working days from the acquiring branch (the branch where the card procedure. Retained card, if not collected by the customer within 2 working days, would be sent to the issuing branch. Retained cards, not collected/claimed by the customer from issuing branch within 8 working days, retention would be treated as unclaimed and would be destroyed/cancelled. Thereafter, a replacement card would be issued upon the request of the customer.
