To change the registration, a customer will have to contact Call Centre on 111-225-111 and request to unsubscribe as per existing approved process. Un-subscription should be done in 24-48 hours. Customers will be able to register then on ALFA with Islamic Account.

Accounts identified as Power Pack customers will see a greeting pop-up banner on their login on Alfa Islamic.

Power Pack customer will also be able to see the logo of Power Pack in the Overview banner on Alfa Islamic.

You can visit any Bank Alfalah Islamic Banking Branch and request to apply for Power Pack Signature Debit Card.

Yes. If the account balance drops below Rs.250,000 after the issuance of the card, it can still be used on POS and ATMs.

A customer will only have to pay the annual fee of card in order to retain it.

Alfa will check either you have current balance is Rs.250,000 or are maintaining average monthly balance of Rs.250,000 in your Islamic Account. In case of any criteria is not met, Alfa will not announce you a Power Pack customer.
