As part of the ongoing CSR initiative, Country Head of Bank Alfalah, Mr S.A.A. Masrur handed over a cheque for BDT457,500 to the proprietor of Shumon Agricultural Farm of Monogram, Comilla – Mr. Monjur Hossain who is a pioneer in Palm Oil Cultivation in Bangladesh. He shall undertake the three year CSR project ‘Palm Oil Production Through Community Participation: An Initiative to Alleviate Poverty and Mitigate Climate Vulnerability in South-West Costal Region of Bangladesh”. Country Operations Head Mr Shahab Khattak, Country Credit Head and Mr Muhammad Imran were also present on the occasion.
