ALFA LEAD – Management Trainee Program

Bank Alfalah’s ALFA LEAD Management Trainee Program is our Flagship Management Development Program for young graduates, designed to give the participants the best in the industry, hands on training and projects. It is our commitment to strengthen Bank Alfalah’s middle management pipeline, in addition to unearthing tomorrow’s leaders, today.

Program Structure

An extensive learning Program for our Management Trainees who will learn the basics of banking, whilst polishing various soft skills. Each Trainee passes through a variety of projects and presentations before they embark on their journey at Bank Alfalah.

These rotations are conducted in both of our Conventional and Islamic Branches to gain a better outlook of how dynamic financial institutions function. The learning from branches helps our young graduates understand how our back and front-end operations function.

Rotations are conducted in the different groups of Bank Alfalah to allow the Trainees to gain maximum exposure on impactful projects with senior leaders of the bank. It allows for a wholesome view of how Bank Alfalah works, before being placed to their preferred department.
