How it works:

  1. Log in to your Alfa app.

  2. Click on More.

  3. Select Cash Deposit/Withdrawal option.

  4. Select Cash Withdrawal via QR.

  5. Select account to withdraw from.

  6. Enter Amount.

  7. Click on Generate QR code.

  8. Scan QR code on counter.

  2. Click on More.

  3. Select Cash Deposit/Withdrawal option.

  4. Select Beneficiary.

  5. Add Depositor detail.

  6. Scan QR on counter.

  • Customers can pre-approve cheques issued on Bank Alfalah before visiting the branch.

  • Customers can approve cheques directly within the app when presented for payment.

This digital approval process enables faster processing at branches while enhancing security and accuracy.

How it works:

  2. Click on More.

  3. Select Physical Cheque Management.

  4. Tap on Pre-Approved Cheques.

  5. Enter Details.

  6. Tap on Continue to Proceed.
