How to Earn Orbits

Orbits:

Every time you bank through any of the listed products or services you earn points called Orbits.

Bonus Orbits:

You get Bonus Orbits whenever you sign up for a new Bank Alfalah product or service.

Tier Bonus:

The number of Bank Alfalah products you hold will allow you to earn a multiplier on your total monthly Orbit earning.

What are Tiers?

Bank Alfalah Orbit Rewards programme has 4 tiers. Basic Tier, Orbit 3, Orbit 6 and Orbit 9. Once you’re a member you can move up tiers by signing up more products. Each tier multiplies your earned orbits in a month on a monthly basis.

  • Annual Bonus: Retain monthly average balance of 10M+ in each month for the entire year and double their Year-on-Year (YOY) Annual Average Balance will earn a cumulative band jump bonus of 2,100

Savings Account

Orbits will be awarded on the retention and growth of average account balance as per the following bands.

In addition to the Orbits you earn on each product, you can earn a multiplier on the total number of Orbits earned depending on the number of products you hold with the bank. All you need is a current or savings account and a combination of 3, 6 or 9 products to earn a bonus of 10%, 25% or 100% of the total Orbits earned during a month.

Tier bonus awards and downgrades are added at the start of each month. Grace period if the customer reduces/cancel number of products: 3 months
