Free Look Period

If you cancel your policy within 14 days of receiving the policy documents, you are entitled to a refund of your contribution (less any expenses incurred for medical/clinical examinations).

Claims Process

In case of claims, the beneficiary should contact Jubilee Life Insurance at (021) 111-111-554 and submit the following documents:

• Original Policy Documents
• Claim Forms (A, B, C, D)
• Complete Medical / Treatment Records with clinical notes
• Death Certificate (Hospital & NADRA)
• Attested CNIC copies of life assured and claimant(s)
• Written intimation stating date and cause of death

Additional Documents for Accidental, Murder, or Suicide Cases:

• Post Mortem / Autopsy Report (Attested)
• Newspaper Cutting of the Event (Attested)
• Police FIR (Attested)
• Medico-Legal Report (Attested)

Note: Further requirements may be requested depending on the case.
