Claims Process

In the event of a claim, beneficiaries can contact EFU Life Assurance Ltd. at (021) 111-338-111 and submit the required documents, which may include:

• Original Membership Document
• Claim Forms
• Death Certificate (Hospital and NADRA issued)
• Attested CNIC of both member and claimant(s)
• Complete medical/treatment record

Note: Additional documents may be required depending on the nature of the claim.

Free Look Period

If you cancel within 14 days of receiving your Participant’s Membership Document (PMD), you are entitled to a full refund of your contribution, less medical/clinical exam expenses.
