  In case of untimely death, beneficiaries receive both the sum covered and the cash value of the plan.

  5% of Basic Regular Contribution at 10th year & every 10th year thereafter of Membership term.

  This rider waives the future contributions in case of permanent total disability of the covered person up to the end of term.

  At plan maturity, you receive the complete Participant Investment Account (PIA) value accumulated over the term.

• Eligible Age: 18 – 55 years

• Minimum & Maximum Membership Term: 10-25 years

• Maximum Maturity Age: 65 years

• Minimum Annual Contribution: Rs. 25,000

• Mode of Contribution: Annual, Semi-Annual and Quarterly

• Minimum Top-Up Contribution: Rs. 100,000

• Sum Covered Multiples: 5 or 10

 

Claims Process

To make a claim, submit the following Documents to IGI Life WTO:

• Claimant’s statement (Download Form)

• Physician’s statement (Download Form)

• Original or attested Union Council death certificate

• Hospital death certificate (if applicable)

• Original Membership Document

• Medical treatment history (if applicable)

• CNIC copies of deceased & beneficiary

• FIR/Police Report & Post-Mortem Report (in case of accident)

Free Look Period

If you cancel within 14 working days of receiving your Participant’s Membership Document (PMD), you are entitled to a full refund of your contribution, less medical/clinical exam expenses.
