Government of Pakistan Hajj Scheme 2018
Hajj application forms are available in select Bank Alfalah branches.
Forms to be submitted from 15th January 2018 till 24th January 2018.
Successful Hajj applications will be selected on the basis of ballot by Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Mandatory Requirements
- International Machine Readable Passports valid at least up to 1st March 2019.
- NADRA’s CNIC/SNIC
- Medical fitness certificate attested by a Medical Officer of any Federal/Provincial Government/Semi Government/Armed Forces/Autonomous Bodies/Corporation Hospitals.

Please note any person who has performed Hajj during the last 7 years will not be eligible to perform Hajj in 2018 under this scheme, except as Mehram.
