Branch Manager

The role will be primarily responsible to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise areas of operation, establish and maintain customer relationship and identify prosperous market for both assets and liabilities in compliance with banking policies and procedures

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Stay abreast of competing markets

Selection Criteria:

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in branch banking; with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
