1st Year Annual Fee Waiver: We have waived the annual fee for the 1st year of issuance on your Alfalah Ultra Cashback Card.


2nd Year Annual Fee Reversibility: The 2nd year annual fee on your Alfalah Ultra Cashback Card will be levied as per the Schedule of Charges and the fee details of the Welcome Guide. However, you can get the 2nd year’s annual fee reversed, based on reversal criteria. For details call 111 225 111.

Cash Withdrawal Facility: You can withdraw up to 50% of your Alfalah Ultra Cashback Card’s limit as cash, through 3,400 1Link ATMs in Pakistan and 2.3Mn ATMs worldwide.


Revolving Credit Facility: Pay only the minimum payment instead of your monthly outstanding balance by the payment due date.

All Billing in Pak Rupees: We will bill you in Pak Rupees, for your convenience, regardless of the currencies you have transacted in.


Alfalah Step-By-Step (SBS) Instalment Plan: Convert any transaction of PKR 3,000 or above into a Step-By-Step (SBS) monthly instalment plan.

Credit on Phone Facility: Get a loan of up to 80% of the available credit limit on your Alfalah Ultra Cashback Card by calling the Alfalah Contact Centre.

Auto-Debit Facility: Get your minimum or full Alfalah Ultra Cashback Card payment deducted from your Bank Alfalah account.

For Salaried Customers

  • Copy of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
  •  Current salary slip/salary letter /proof of BPS (for Govt. employees)/proof of rank (for Armed Forces Personnel)
  •  Computerised bank statement for last 6 months

Note: If the bank statements are photocopied they should contain the following:

  • Bank stamp
  • Signature of the authorised signatory

For Self-employed Applicants

  • Copy of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
  • Computerised personal bank statement (on bank letterhead in original) for last 6 months

Additional Requirements

  • Partnership deed or personal account statements of partners (if any) for last 6 months
  • Bank letter/certificate confirming Proprietorship (in case of Proprietorship)
  • Memorandum/Articles of Association/Form A (in case of a Private Limited company)
  • Personal Account Balances (in case of private limited company)
  • Recognised professional degree/membership certificate to professional associations (in case of professionals)
  • Written declaration regarding details of financing facilities obtained from other banks/FIs on the SBP prescribed form Annexure CF-1

  • Copy of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
