- Report the loss, theft or damage of your HilalCard immediately to Bank Alfalah Limited on 111-225-111, so that your HilalCard can be cancelled or reissued whatever maybe required.
- Always use the same signature as on your HilalCard.
- Do not bend your HilalCard.
- Do not leave your HilalCard near a television or any other electrical or electronic gadgets which have a continuous magnetic field.
- Do not expose your HilalCard to direct sunlight.
- Kindly notify the bank immediately of any irregularities.
- Avoid scratching or damaging the magnetic stripe. This strip is sensitively encoded and requires special care.
- Do not place two cards with magnetic stripes face to face.
- Please do not disclose your HilalCard account number to anyone.
- Upon receiving a renewal HilalCard, please destroy the old card by cutting it vertically into two pieces.
- Please destroy your PIN mailer once you memorize your PIN.
- Never disclose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to anyone. Always keep your card and PIN separately (if not destroyed).
