Alfalah VISA offers high quality emergency assistance for cardmembers when they travel. Through the global customer assistance service (GCAS) program, we provide multilingual emergency assistance service that cardmembers can access toll-free or collect from anywhere around the world, 24 hours day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. GCAS provides help to cardholders in reporting lost or stolen cards, by arranging for emergency card replacements and cash advances and answering travel-related inquiries. Lost and Stolen Card Reporting
To report the loss or theft of Alfalah VISA card, the cardholder may call Bank Alfalah or contact Global Customer Assistance Service provider. The details of the loss would be documented and within 30 minutes of report of theft/loss, the account number will be listed on VISA Exception File (A file of Lost/Stolen/Counterfeit card numbers which are declined for all authorizations). The issuer would be notified immediately to decline all sorts of authorizations for that card.

Emergency Card Replacement (For Gold Cardholders Only)
Subject to VISA International Charges Alfalah VISA cardholders whose cards are lost or stolen while traveling or planning to travel may require a replacement card on an emergency basis. Once Bank Alfalah has authorized a cardholder's request for an Emergency Card Replacement, the card will be supplied to the cardholder as quickly as possible, usually within one to three business days, depending on product type, so that cardholder can continue traveling with minimum disruption.

Emergency Cash Disbursement (For Gold Cardholders Only)
Subject to VISA International Charges
If emergency cash is needed, with Bank Alfalah's approval, disbursement would be arranged. Emergency cash can be provided at any one of the thousands of Emergency Service Locations (ESLs) around the globe, including a network of cash disbursement agencies such as Western Union.

Cardholder Inquiry Service
The cardholder Inquiry Service covers general inquiries relating to travel, such as inquiries on the locations of embassies. The service also ensures that the cardholder is transferred or referred to Bank Alfalah for account related information such as account balance, credit limit and information relating to enhancement services provided by the Bank.
