In order to get the exciting Alfalah VISA Credit Card, all you need to do is:
Print Alfalah VISA Application Form. Fill all fields, sign it and contact our Sales Team. Our Sales team will contact you and collect the required documents along with the signed application form.
OR
Print the Application Form. Fill in all fields, sign it and send it to us along with th e required documents through courier service or drop it in any of drop boxes available at Bank Alfalah Branches
Documents Required
For Salaried Applicants
- For Gold, Classic & Classic Blue Applicants:
• Copy of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Current Salary slip / Salary letter / proof of BPS (for
Govt. employees)/proof of rank (for Armed Forces Personnel)
• Computerised personal bank statement for last six months
Note: If the bank statements are typed / handwritten /
photocopied they should contain the following:
• Bank Stamp
• Signature of the Authorized Signatory
Additional documents for Classic Blue Applicants:
- Copy of Matric Certificate or above or equivalent
FOR SELF EMPLOYED APPLICANTS
- Copy of Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Computerised personal bank statement (on bank letterhead in
original) for last six months
Additional Requirements:
- Partnership deed or personal account statements of partners
(if any) for last six months
- Bank letter/certificate confirming Proprietorship (in case
of Proprietorship)
- Memorandum / Articles of Association / form A (in case of
private limited company)
- Personal Account Balances (in case of private limited
company)
- Recognized professional degree / membership certificate to
professional associations (in case of professionals)
For Women Exclusive Applicants:
To have Women Exclusive Card as Basic Card:
- Computerized Personal Bank Statement (on bank letterhead in
original) for last 6 months.
- Copy on NIC
To have Women Exclusive Card as Supplementary Card:
Your husband / father / mother / brother or sister cab be your
guarantor if you are not applying for Women Exclusive Card on the
basis of your own income. In this case you will have to provide:
- Income proof of Guarantor
- NIC copy of Guarantor
- Guarantee signed by the Guarantor
- Copy of your own NIC
For Supplementary Cards:
- Copy of NIC
- Copy of Basic Cardmember's NIC
Documents required for Student Card
- Clear Copy of NIC / “B” Form.
- Clear Copy of Father's / Guardian's NIC.
- Father's / Guardian's sign as Guarantor.
- Minimum age should not be less than 17 years.
- Copy of Result Card of 1st year of professional education or
equivalent semesters / terms.
- Copy of Last Fee Deposit Slip in the current institution.
- College / University roll number, section & department.
