Offers in sealed envelope marked “Bid for vehicles” and addressed to Head of Collection & Recoveries-(South) Car Finance/Leasing Division, BANK ALFALAH LIMITED, Consumer Finance Centre – 6th Floors, Business Avenue Plot # 26 – A, P-E-C-H-S., Block -6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi should reach before 11th September 2009, till 1: 00 p.m
 

The bids should be accompanied with Bank Draft / Pay Order In the name of “Bank Alfalah Limited” equivalent to an amount of Rs. 20,000/- each vehicle as “Earnest Money” which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidder within seven working days from the date of announcement of the bids.
 

The successful bidders will be required to pay all taxes & transfer fee. The balance of the offered price will have to be deposited within three days, failing which offer shall be cancelled and the “Earnest Money” will be forfeited to the Bank.
 

5% advance tax will be paid by the highest bidder on the bid amount.
 

Vehicles shall be available for inspection on 8th & 9th September 2009 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m at the parking place of Site Yard - C-12 Jehlum Silk Mill, Site Area Karachi near (Siemens Chowrangi).
 

Bids may be for one or for more than one vehicles but Bid price for each vehicle should be mentioned SEPARATELY.
 

Bid Form will be available at the place of inspection.
 

Bidders are informed to check the status of vehicle and document from all government authorities.
 

Result will be announced on 14th September 2009 at 11:00 am at BANK ALFALAH LTD Consumer Finance Centre – 6th Floor, Business Avenue Plot # 26–A, P-E-C-H-S., Block-6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
 

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason to bidder.
